Clear Channel Canada recently added 14 solar powered transit shelters to its Edmonton network, with another 26 to be integrated by the end of November.
The decision to transition to solar powered technology from the previous hydro source was made by the city of Edmonton and CCC to establish an eco-friendly transit shelter advertising network that aligns with the city’s environmental strategic plan.
