Branded Cities Leads the Way at the 2025 Canadian Out-of-Home Awards

M&Ms #ForAllFunKind Wins Best Creative and Best High-Impact with a great execution from EssenceMediacom, Branded Cities, and Rogers Sports & Media
Canada’s Out-of-Home authority, COMMB, and the event judges awarded Branded Cities campaigns five first-place awards out of a possible nine.
Toronto, Canada – May 15, 2025—Branded Cities, North America’s purveyor of iconic Out-of-Home assets, celebrated a great showing at the 2025 Canadian Out-of-Home Awards. Branded Cities-supported campaigns claimed five of nine top awards at the 2025 Canadian Out-of-Home Awards—including Best Creative and Best High-Impact for M&M’s #ForAllFunKind campaign in collaboration with Rogers Sports & Media and Essencemediacom.
The annual event takes place in Toronto and brings together the Out-of-Home industry in Canada to showcase the best campaigns from the past year. The event aims to highlight and celebrate the brands and agencies that champion the Out-of-Home medium and craft beautiful and effective campaigns.
“Award shows like COMMB’s are proud moments for us—they spotlight the power of Out-of-Home when creativity meets context,” said Ali Satchu, SVP of Marketing at Branded Cities. “We’re proud to help showcase campaigns that connect in meaningful ways. Through our ACTIVATE capabilities, we invite brands to recharge their creativity, boost engagement, and bring bold ideas to life.”

A packed auditorium at Arcadian Court in Toronto for the 2025 Canadian Out-of-Home Awards
This year’s event occurred at Arcadian Court in downtown Toronto, with guests from brands, advertising agencies, media agencies, and operators. The event opened with an amazing tribute video showcasing some of the best Out-of-Home executions in the country and a welcome address from Lara Menzies, Director of Marketing & Partnerships at COMMB. From COMMB’s official press release, Lara Menzies reflected on the evening: “The energy in the room at the awards show was a testament to our shared commitment to advancing the OOH industry. The work we celebrated reflects not only the creativity and collaboration of individual teams, but the collective momentum of an industry pushing boundaries—here in Canada and across the globe. While we focus on the Canadian market, we’re part of a much larger community, and it’s through recognizing each other’s contributions that we all move forward. Congratulations again to the creative, media, and brand teams—the awards show was about honouring exceptional OOH campaigns.”
Branded Cities has become synonymous with winning when showcasing the best Out-of-Home campaigns. This achievement at The Canadian Out-of-Home awards mirrored the performance Branded Cities had during last year’s Ad Club Out-of-Home showdown, where the operator also took home five out of a possible nine awards, including the coveted Best in Show award.
