As the weather turned cold, Visit Florida strategically promoted the Sunshine State, with the goal to entice their neighbours to the North to take a trip south. Using digital media and an interactive activation at Union Station Visit Florida showcased the state’s various destinations to a massive audience. Exposing audiences to the sunny destination drove an uptick in visitors, seeing nearly 3.5 million Canadians choosing to retreat to Florida. (Visitation increase of 4% percent in 2017). Proving a bright and engaging out-of-home campaign is a great way to deliver a warm welcome.
